am a Person- centred Counsellor and I offer counselling Therapy in many different areas, such as bereavement, loss, childhood issues, social anxiety, feeling sad, relationship and family issues, low self-esteem, feeling anxious about life and unresolved issues, and more. 

Sometimes the things we experience in our lives can become challenging, overwhelming and confusing.  There might be times when we are unhappy, lost or stuck but cannot really understand how to get out of feeling that way or what is causing it. It can be hard to talk about your feelings or experiences with your family/friends,  fearing  judgment or misunderstanding.  That is where Counselling comes in, offering you a non-judgmental space with undivided attention. The space where you can talk about any difficult emotions and events  you are experiencing, you don’t have to face them alone.

I offer a Free 10- 30 min initial Telephone consultation  to give us a chance to understand if we are a good fit to work together. It will help you to have a feel  if we ‘click’ and if you feel confident booking your first session with me.  It will also allow me to understand your needs/goals/situation and establish if I can offer you the support you are looking for.  This informal consultation will also allow you to ask any questions you might have.
